...Did you know that Ja'Net DuBois won an Emmy in the voice-over performance category for her role as Mrs. Avery on "The PJs."? Well..now you do...*g*..She received this award for 1999 and 2001! Also "The PJs" was nominated for a 1999 Emmy Award for Outstanding Main Title Theme Music! "He's Gotta Have It" received a 1999 Emmy nomination for Outstanding Animated Program. Now isn't that great?? Phil Morris did a "seamless job" of filling in for Eddie Murphy as a voice-over. True??..Maybe...we all noticed a change with Thurgood's voice during the second season...according to the article...."Imagine turned to Morris-whose performance in Murphy's place, according to a Post source, has been so dead-on it's "unbelievable." I also notice while looking for facts about the show that some of the actors or actresses do not mention *The PJs* as part of their credits! Believe it or Not!
